ORDERING ONLINE

Q. How do I order from your online boutique?

A. First step: Determine what size fits you in the O Collection's garments. To do so, click on « Measuring Guide » at the bottom left of your screen.

Second step: Shop! Click on one of the thumbnails at the left of your screen. For example, « Jackets and coats » of the « O COLLECTION » section. Then click on « More info » of the garment that you want. Use the image control that allows you to see the garment in its smallest details: click first on the « + » sign and click after on the image the number of times you need. You can use the arrows to move on the image. To see the back side of the garment, click on the small image and you will benefit of the same image control. Isn't it great? The price of the garment is indicated in canadian dollars. You wish to have the price in your currency? Very simple, click on the words « Currency converter » . When you're finished with the converter just close its window. You want to put this garment in your cart? First click on your size 4 to 18 or XS to XL, and after click on « Add to cart ». You will then see the contents of your cart. If you click on « Continue shopping » you'll come back to the home page. At any time you can access your cart by a click on « View cart » situated at the top right of your screen. To remove an item from your cart click on « Delete » and after on « Update cart ». You would like to match the garment you chose with another one? Where here to help: go to this garment, (start at the beginning of the second step) and look at our selection: perfectly coordinated items. Click on the one you want and continue your shopping!

Third step: Proceed to check out. If you are not already in « View cart », click on it and then click on « Proceed to check out » and follow the steps.

CURRENCY CONVERTER

Q. Will using the currency converter give me the exact cost of the garment in a currency other than the Canadian dollar?

A. Your question is very pertinent. We believe that providing a currency converter will help you get a good idea of the price in a currency other than the Canadian dollar. Because each credit card company applies its own currency rate, the currency converter gives you an approximate idea - albeit a good one - of the price of the garment.

Q. Are you using a secured system for my purchase transaction?

A. Your security is of utmost importance to us. That is why we process our sales transactions through Paypal, the undisputed leader in online payment transactions through which shoppers and merchants can safely send and receive online payments. SHIPPING

Q. What postal service will you use to ship my purchases?

A. We have selected Canada Post for the shipping of orders across Canada. Outside Canada, shipping will be handled by that specific country's postal system.

Q. Do you ship outside Canada?

A. Yes, we ship to most countries across the world. You might have to pay Import duty and taxes as established by your country (except for the US and Mexico.) Should you wish inquire about these tariffs, you may contact your country's border services or your embassy.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Q. May I return a garment that doesn't suit me?

A. Yes, you have 30 days from the date of purchase appearing on your bill to return the garment for exchange or refund. Simply ship us the garment unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags still attached along with the return form duly filled out. Keep you proof of shipment because you are entirely responsible for the merchandise until we receive it. Exchanged items are sent to you free of charge.

Q. Why must I pay shipment costs when I return the merchandise?

A. In order to keep our prices as low as possible, we feel it is preferable not to cover these costs.

Q. Why don't you have my size in stock?

A. We understand your query. While we asses to the best of our knowledge the popularity of each size, we occasionally face a greater demand than expected. We constantly readjust quantities to meet our customers demands. We sincerely apologize for this inconvenience.
